"The absolutely worst food app, automatically orders from the closest McDonalds to you instead of your regular restaurant. doesn't even warn you. Rewards are abysmal."

"sucks, because if you decide you want to switch to a different deal when it won't let you delete the one you have it keeps saying you need to wait 15 min. If it's free or you trading your points I don't see why you need to wait 15 min to redeem your gift or points, it does sucks, specially when you have kids and lots of rewards to redeem."

"This app has so many awful bugs and glitches that ruin the ordering experience. I selected the free fries option before ordering, then when I selected the item to purchase to get the fries, they disappeared from my bag. When I tried to re add them, it said I had to wait before loading another deal. What do you mean? It never loaded in the first place! Now I'm sitting here getting hungrier while waiting to add the free fries. I'm so hangry right now, awful service 😡"

"I'm a highschool student. we have 30 mind to eat lunch. i only have the McDonald's app as my means for lunch. everybother time i open this app, my previous order is still incomplete, despite me receiving the food prior. i cannot cancel the order and the onky solution is to uninstall and reinstall which puts me at the back of the line of orders and makes it so I can get and eat my lunch within 30 mins. if the onky solution is to uninstall ur app, it's a bad app."

"This app does not offer drive thru, only pick up. So when I order from this app when I go thru the drive thru they don’t have my order. I will have to stop and go inside. Or go to a different fast food like Burger King. Thanks McDonald. Please fix app to allow drive thur to be selected when I am placing an order"

"I literally just now downloaded y’all‘s app so that way I can claim those rewards that I got from the Monopoly thing and that was almost a hassle trying to look for them and I when I finally was able to get them. I tried to use them, but I tried to use it for the delivery part and every time I’m trying to put in my address for the delivery it’s not accepting. I press the button for delivery here and it’s not going. This is so dumb. I can’t even use my rewards and stuff like that because I can’t even put in the address"

"Multi Billion company but can’t ever have a decent working app? App is never loading when making a mobile pickup or either when you wanna use the 20% off orders over $11 even though the carts clearly shows over $30 “not enough item to redeem reward” so yea this app sucks compare to any other fast food app!"
