Whatnot: Shop, Sell, Connect

"not a fan of the zero cancelation policy when I had a glitch & ended up with bidding on and winning 5 invicta 8 slot watch cases at $50 and shipping killed me"

"Better than Ebay."

"scammers all over this app. whatnot allow people to get scammed and do nothing. avoid buying anything from this scam haven of an app. Devs, check out YouTube, plenty of videos of you allowing scammers to continue on this app."

"🤑🤗😍😍😋🤩🤪"

"easy fast fun bidding. enjoy this. everything has been delivered quickly. tracking number always provided"

"they give you 20 bucks but the missed items on my first order .... I will be uninstallibg then after its resolved unless they do something amazing .... 1 week b4 holloween and missing a whole BOX of candy."

"every time I get an obnoxious ad in a game I already have that FORCES ME TO GO TO THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE to continue with the ad so I can get rid of it and continue to play my game, I'm going to download it and give them one star!"

"customer support didn't help me with my issues I resolved them myself"

"Android can't make offers anymore. iphones can. needs fixed please. it is up to date."

"Beware, full of fraud. No customer service."

"Love Whatnot!!"

"very satisfied!"

"Whatnot is a great place for anyone that loves collecting and also makes some great investments. Thank you Whatnot may God bless you."

"They did nothing to Help me deal with a seller. I'm done with getting ripped off in this community. it's not what it used to be ."

"Too difficult to navigate"

"I normally don’t write reviews (this is my first ever) but this needs to be regulated. 13+ is way too low an age threshold to download this app, and there is no age verification for buyers. The spending limit feature would be helpful had they actively advertised it, but someone who has historically had problems with stuff like this is not sifting through their settings until it’s too late. If this works for you, great, but there should be acknowledgment by the app that this is designed to be addictive and not for people under 18 or 21 (depending on where you live)."

"I accidentally spent $100 by pressing a single button and it did not let me cancel my order"

"A lot of surprises streamers take the numbered cards of the camera and whatnot isn’t doing anything about it sit happened a lot of times spent thousands and didn’t get any refund even after I report those streamers whatnot just closes the report and doesn’t do anything about it and people keep getting robbed like it’s ok …. I’m losing hope with this app bye"

"I love it"

"It’s like the QVC of Gen Z and younger millennials. I’m not a fan of having to sit on a live stream to buy things I want. Plus all show advertising photos are AI and that drives me crazy."

"A great review because I love selling on ur app and I’ve made over 200$ in 1 month so I’m happy thanks"

"Whatnot is full of sellers that scam buyers. If you contact customer service, your messages go nowhere! Buyer beware big time!"

"This account will spam you with text messages from multiple numbers if you do not use the app. I’ve blocked two and am blocking a third today. I was using this app to show support to a friend but it’s not worth harassment."

"Great app that works well. Quite dangerous when you’re a lover of unique things… makes it so easy to buy items at great prices! Loving the fast pace of the auctions. Thank you for a nice app with fun features. 👍"

"Recently bought a new iPhone so he it didn't save any of my passwords, so I tried to log back into my account. It did not work. so I made a new account and I did not know that you apparently can't have two accounts that you sell cards on customer service is not friendly whatsoever. I tried to contact support and I never got a response overall, this company sucks."

"I was skeptical, but I have made some excellent purchases on here with absolutely no issues. Highly recommend."

"What can I say? I am a first time on this app and I am so hooked on it. Amazing in the vibes is amazing. The shows are amazing and you get things for the right price"

"Super fun, but beware of the addiction!" "Whatnot is easily my favorite shopping app right now. The live auctions make buying so much more interactive and fun than traditional online shopping. I've found amazing deals on vintage clothes, collectibles, and home goods. The community and sellers are generally super friendly. Highly recommend—just watch your wallet because it’s easy to get hooked!""

"They really take care of you if anything doesn’t go right."

"I love it"
