"Since app redesign, Tuesday Drops NEVER load on time. Today they were inaccessible for 7 minutes after the designated time. Redeeming rewards is also needlessly difficult - especially for combo-style items that include more than one product. Please REVERT BACK to the previous app's UI - this new UI is difficult to navigate, and looks more like an online newspaper than a fast food app. Fewer fonts, more deals. MY REPLY TO TACO BELL's AI: I already tried the useless "Contact Us" - FIX YOUR APP!!!"

"I placed a mobile order and then received a message “can we get your number?”. There was no option to decline or exit. Only obvious options were closing the app or clicking sign me up."

"The latest Taco Bell app update is a major disappointment. Ordering has become more frustrating, and claiming the Taco Tuesday drops is now unnecessarily difficult. Honestly, it feels like Taco Bell is making the app worse instead of improving the customer experience. The biggest issue is the Taco Tuesday drop. When the clock hits 2 PM PST, the “Get Notified” button does not automatically change to “Claim.” There is no automatic refresh, either. The only workaround is to close the app completely and relaunch it. By the time you do that, the limited-time offer is often gone because it’s first come, first served. The previous version worked much better. When the countdown reached zero, simply navigating between pages would enable the Claim button. Now, even if you are ready and waiting at exactly the right time, the app puts you at a disadvantage. Why should customers have to restart an app just to access an offer that is supposed to be available at a specific time? Taco Bell, please fix your app instead of making it harder for loyal customers to use it. These limited drops are already competitive. The least you can do is ensure the button activates on time and the app refreshes properly. Right now, this update makes me feel like Taco Bell doesn’t actually want customers to order through its app. A promotion is pointless if the app itself prevents customers from claiming it."

"Whomever decided that to favorite an item, we have to personally type in a name for it or it won’t save it is a UI development fool. Worst possible programming option for WHY."

"After last update after making an online delivery order if you close the app for leave it for another app for too long you order tracking closes and then you can not track it’s delivery progress again you can only see the order in your orders but there is no way to track it previously you would get a text from door dash saying they are fulfilling the order and n you could track the order from that link but that has also been removed"

"I don’t really eat fast food a ton and one thing I will get every once in a while from Taco Bell specifically is a steak a.m. crunch wrap now they don’t have it on the menu technically anymore because they took away a bunch of stuff to help simplify the menu but whatever you can still order it you just get a bacon a.m. crunch wrap and swap the bacon for steak However, every once in a while, they’ll update the app and it won’t let you swap the bacon for steak. Not because this has been taken away or they’re not allowed to do this because they use steak for other breakfast menu items, but because whoever created the app keeps like every once in a while not making it available. I’m going to lose my mind it’s a simple thing, but it really makes it impossible to order what I want, which makes the app obsolete for me. I’ve also never considered that anything I could do would ever fix this, but I’m gonna put this here hopefully it catches the eye of the right person."

"I don’t know why anyone would decide to completely alter an app design that’s been consistent for years, but it’s incredibly poorly layed out and difficult to navigate. Every time I attempt to order, it freezes on the item I’m looking at and I have to start over. It’s difficult to order something you have to restart every two seconds. I can no longer find all my usual items in less than 10 seconds. Trying to look at the entire menu selection is awful. Also, I don’t trust the location information to be accurate, as some of my usual locations now say they’re randomly closed or only open for breakfast despite it being 7pm. Genuinely a horrible app design. Annoying to look at and annoying to use (not that I can even use it). Also the featured items carousel is unnecessary and ugly."
