eBay online shopping & selling

"No protection from counterfeit illegal Blu-rays if thirty days has passed. Customer service people say there is no help after thirty days no matter the circumstances even for illegal counterfeit items. If buying things that could be counterfeit just make sure you verify within thirty days or eBay will not help you in any way."

"been using ebay for many yrs .. some great deals , and always got my back for refunds"

"Always as described & prompt delivery!"

"Easy to use.Loads of items to purchase. Never had any problems"

"great app"

"I'm on Ebay since 25 years now."

"so far I love this app. SO FAR"

"I love my Ebay!!"

"Great app, but I think they're blocking people from selling Fenbendazole, so only three stars for now."

"Ebay is shockingly terrible for letting rogue listings. Most of the goods I have come across, are either fake clothing or dodgy Chinese seller's with nearly a month window on deliveries. Trying to copy and paste info from eBay, to report listings is also difficult. I simply don't trust this company anymore as a buyer."

"very handy to access Ebay on my phone!"

"love the app great for browsing and finding things you never seem to find in the shops"

"amazing"

"Getting sick of getting push notifications about items that I happened to look at for a few seconds. Why is there not a option to turn that off? If I didnt add the item to my watchlist, then clearly its not something I need or want and will never buy. All this does is make me want to ignore my phone when I hear the ebay sound, which can cause me to miss the end of auctions that Im genuinely interested in."

"This is a good app, easy to use and easy to find what you are looking for."

"تطبيق تافه خدمه العملاء دوما معطله ولا يوجد تجاوب ابدا تافهين"

"MOST COMPLICATED WORST INSTRUCTIONS AND BUGS"

"I just can’t imagine this world without ebay, each update makes it more interesting too. Thank You!"

"I’ve had a very bad experience with eBay. I got cheated twice on their platform, and when I tried to get help, their customer service was useless. I contacted them many times, but they never solved my problem or supported me properly. Honestly, eBay turned out to be the worst online marketplace for me."

"The seller clearly posted the wrong photo on the listing. And I requested the refund and it was partial, not fully! Don’t order from eBay guys as they will scam you!"

"Sad but true, what’s upsetting as well is when you write a neutral or negative review. The sellers asks eBay to remove those review without your permission and sadly eBay does help them remove those reviews and feedback. This is a huge break of ethics and authenticity towards honest sales towards their customers. I’m shocked and big time disappointed. The seller was none stop begging me to remove a neutral review while I’m refusing to do so. Then to find that she asked eBay to remove it without my consent. I reported that to eBay to receive an email saying my report was rejected. Honestly I’m fuming and DlSGUST€D. I can’t even describe how shocked I am. But I won’t stop till I expose this even if it takes me to file a lawsuit."

"Every time I switch apps, take a call, or lock my iPhone, the eBay app refreshes and loses my place. The item or search I was viewing disappears, and the app starts from the beginning. My iPhone is fully up to date, so I’m not sure why this keeps happening. It’s really frustrating and time-consuming. Please look into this."

"Once eBay had an easier to use seller setting and it was pretty good. Now it becomes the most counter intuitive thing when trying to list an item. Shipping configuration is not user friendly and linking Payoneer account is the worst part. A total disappointment. Once a great application turned into an utterly useless one."

"Sheeting people. Steeling money Today 24 January 2025. At 16:47 Dubai time your company eBay stollen 352 dirhams from my credit card without even OTP i will put this on media if I didn’t get my sunglasses and my stolen money"

"Full of scammers and no fair policy and do not care about client at all . It is like gambling there maybe you get or nothing."

"Version 6.186.0 is the worst, please roll back to previous version"

"It was a very bad experience I order since 2 month until now I didn’t received my order with no respond from the seller or support from the app my advice don’t ever use it"

"Ebays return policy is just not good enough.. I have a case where the seller lied about the product being posted and returning it is an issue as it was reahipped out of US through a freight forwarder to my country.. Now in a case the seller obviously lied and cheated me why does Ebay still have his back and support him as a seller and not the buyer who was lied to.. This is unethical selling caz seller found a loop hole in Ebay to cover their backs.. Ebay need to take actions against seller like that.. Im really disappointed in Ebay.."
