"The Capital one app makes it more difficult to get information about you account. The Discover app made it easy to find maturity dates and other details of CDs. Capital One forces you to click through multiple screens to find this out. Capital One doesn’t give you a total for the amount invested in CDs anywhere. Half the screen is taken up by stuff I’m not interested in."

"The Discover app was so much better. Capital one would have been better off switching everything over to that app. Definitely miss not being able to easily see the last statement balance, I don’t like having to go searching for it. And I really want to be able to see my running balance for the current billing cycle. Why is that not a thing here?"
