It's like paying for a full meal and being told you can only eat half now, then pay extra to finish when you're hungry. I'm using this for serious, time-sensitive work. I do not appreciate being slowed down in the middle of a session I already paid for."

I’d love to see Claude offer safe student accounts for under-18 students, with appropriate safeguards and parental controls. Students in JHS and SHS can benefit too—not only university students. "I use Claude daily and have a paid subscription and credits, yet an identity verification issue is preventing me from accessing my account. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and be unable to use it. I’ve contacted support and received no response. Customer service feels nonexistent. It’s hard to believe an artificial intelligence company handles a problem like this so poorly. At the very least, there should be an automated acknowledgment and a clear path to getting help. Security checks are understandable. Leaving paying customers locked out without a response is not."

However, is extremely extremely horrifying when I’ve come up with something perfect and then accidentally delete it out don’t back it up as a file Is literally GONE Not even a temporary trash for recent deletions that auto emptied after ten days or 30 days would be SO SO SO amazing. "Great tool, but credits are running out much faster I’ve noticed my Claude credits running out much faster than before, and it’s becoming frustrating to rely on it for work. It interrupts my workflow and makes me question the value I’m getting. Please provide clearer information about how usage is calculated and communicate any changes to limits upfront. If something is causing unusually fast credit consumption, please investigate and fix it. Consistent usage and transparency would make a big difference."

"As a small business owner Claude is consistently the best tech support, marketing manager and overall business assistant than anything I ever had working in large corporate positions. It is better tech support than actual companies love tech support. I can co distantly send screen shots of various online and downloadable software and Claude will give step by step instructions fixes and realistic workarounds for other companies poorly designed or incompetent options. 95% of time it exceeds my expectations and saves me time and money while never having to navigate around office employee unstable temperaments or mood swings or dealing with hurt feelings or potential offending someone. Best app on the entire store."
