"Priority pickup is a scam seeing everything i use it, it takes longer than a normal pickup and I have to pay extra, not to mention how can I be a priority pickup up if you assigning driver that are still completing trips. dont waste your money with them. pay 27 for a priority pickup get a 11 minute same as a regular pickup after advertising a 4 minute pickup time"

"3rd time and I had to upgrade before I got a ride and I only went 1.9 miles and they charged me $11.99 if I would of gotten the save and wait it would of been $5.99 . that's ridiculously a huge difference...."

"good drivers and fare are very good"

"they ai systems has too many glitches causing people like myself and my family to lose money. they need better IT support."

"Cheaper than uber"

"Jason was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, friendly, and made my early morning ride to the airport completely stress-free. He was punctual, kind, and made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire ride. Such a great experience, especially at such an early hour! I truly appreciated his excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Jason!"

"This is the 4th time I’ve been late to work using Lyft all because it took 40 minutes to find a driver, even though it should’ve taken 5 minutes and i ordered it an hour early"

"App does two things: show ads and crash. Call a Waymo instead."

"My Lyft ride came to pick me up and drove off seconds of me leaving my house. When I called customer service, they quickly rushed off the phone without solving the issue nor compensation for my inconvenience. Such trash service."

"Lyft puts promos on the home page of your account that are expired. So if you’re in a hurry to buy a gift card for your son who’s stuck in a downtown parking lot at midnight because his bus got delayed and his roommate can’t pick him up anymore, and you see an offer that says “buy $85, get a $15 boost,” put your hand on your wallet, take a beat, and read the rest of the blurb. Because Lyft is trying to take your money. Because it might be October 25, but the promo ended on October 23 and Lyft just left it there for 2 more days to lure in any other unsuspecting, rushed or distracted customers. Very deceptive, downright dishonest, and they’ve now lost me as a customer. Uber, here I come."

"it’s amazing to have a human driver and also one that is friendly and cares about you arriving at your destination. The concept of disemploying drivers and replacing them with robots to enrich tech alligators is vile and will literally destroy society"

"We loved Carl. Great driver and person. Highest recommendation!"

"I absolutely love using leftover any other transportation service. The people are always friendly always on time. Low rates wonderful."

"5-Stars because he was courteous, communicative, kind and professional!"
