AliExpress – Shopping App

"scam artists are the majority of the sellers on this site."

"these people sent me broken items that I paid full price for... THEN THEY TURN AROUND AND SAY I NEED TO PAY TO SEND THE BROKEN ITEM ( that they sent to me in the first place) BACK IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND... that does not sound right..."

"Useless. They don't give refunds. It's a scam"

"Good products at reasonable prices"

"Bug where I can't open received messages, every time I get into that screen it simply exits it back to account screen"

"What the hell are you playing at? Trying to sign in... enter code: "Sorry. Your register is limited on this device.""

"A search for a utility knife or kitchen knife returns NOTHING. What's wrong with you? Aliexpress has hundreds of knife products - do you think you're preventing psychopaths from obtaining knives by not having 'knife' in search returns? Pathetic."

"Cuidado con está tienda, cero atención al cliente. Si alguno de sus vendedores vende productos falsos o nunca te envía tu producto, ni te devuelve el dinero de tu pedido, AliExpress no hace nada para ayudarte ni retira el anuncio del vendedor aún sabiendo que es falso. aparecen unos precios cuando clicas se multiplican por 5 aunque solo vendan un producto, ninguno coincide con el precio que has clicado"

"i joined as affilate but there is no bank accpetable Way from pakistan..also there is no eraning from 4 months"

"AI agent. understood what item i was asking about then gave me refund on wrong item. called back, new AI agent got completely confused. asked for live agent. AI agent gave me another AI agent...and another AI agent, etc. etc. Usually items arrive fairly quickly, no problems. But when problem AI is worthless. AI should give a live agent when requested. not doing it now. Or better, use only Live people."

"great"

"Total scam. None of the orders were received and vendors non responsive."

"The app says I need to change my shipping address in order to log in. I cannot change account details before I log in. So, I cannot log in."

"why has my 1 (one) order come in 17 seperate packages. This is ridiculousness"

"I ordered 3 items. That was 1 month ago. The app told me to call the delivery company. I did. It failed so I tried 5 other times even on another phone but it still didn't work. I asked for a refund but they need more evidence. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FIND MORE EVIDENCE IN THIS WHEN ALL I HAVE IS THE ORDER NOT COMING???? Please fix this. And give me my refund and not just a coupon that doesn't even work. Also, please don't say just contact the support team. I don't have time for that. I want refund."

"You don’t get a lot of coupons or deals outside the already discounted prices, but it’s pretty awesome! I literally buy something here almost every other day. Highly recommended for the tinkerer, the curious, and the deal hunters."

"Got lots of good stuff for cheap, I’ve only had to send back one thing that wasn’t good quality but if you look at the reviews and have good judgement you can usually get some fun stuff"

"So far everything I’ve purchased has been delivered on time and looks and works perfectly"

"Good price when needing lots of stickers"
