"It is absolutely ridiculous that Domino’s customers can no longer easily access their order history through either the app or the website. Something as basic as viewing previous orders should be a standard feature, especially for a company as large and established as Domino’s. I spent an unreasonable amount of time searching both the app and website just to view my last two orders, only to discover that the option is no longer available. How does a company redesign its digital ordering experience and somehow make it less convenient for customers? Customers should be able to easily access their previous purchases, including what they ordered, when they ordered it, and how much they paid, without having to dig through emails… This is simply unacceptable. Removing such a basic and useful feature is a major step backward. Domino’s needs to bring back a clearly accessible, complete order history on both its app and website. There is absolutely no excuse for making something this simple so unnecessarily difficult."
