"This is by far the least intuitive streaming service I’ve ever used. It takes me forever to find the show I’m looking for, the sound is uneven, the lag is unacceptable. You charge money for too many commercials, bad overall experience and yet all I see in the responses are “we get it! Head over to our AI bot to discuss your problem” NOT OK! How about actually fixing the issues? I expect so much more from FOX but you guys are sucking right now. Get it together!!"

"Insanely confusing, can’t even get into the app interface without having a subscription, despite having all Fox channels through my cable provider, says content not included. Constant error messages when just trying to sign in. Super confusing, wants me to pay for the same channels twice, just such a scam all around."

I tried to watch the World Cup earlier this year but had to cancel due to this. I hope I can stomach Megan Fox in skin tight S&M outfit long enough to watch the World Series."
