Lyft

"my ride with Megan was great."

"This driver is very professional. His car is spotless, and he's a skilled, careful driver who doesn't drive recklessly"

"Great price 👍"

"I LIKE LYFT SERVICES!"

"some drivers are great. others rude and most men are disgusting pigs. some men are very kind and nice. they need to dig deeper into the background of these people. also can't seem to find drivers in the morning"

"very 👍"

"Always good"

"Better than Uber in our experience"

"Very personable. Pointed out some of the architecture on our way."

"I'm tired of trying to order a ride for 15 min and the people show up in 5, I hate ordering a ride for 20 mins later, and I have to wait an hour for somebody to accept my request."

"the prices are ridiculous!! they are wayyy more expensive then Uber, every time you close the app & re-open the app 5 min later they jack up the price. it's always the last resort, Uber first, local taxi, serial killer offering a ride, city bus, my sister's pink huffy, my rollerblades from middle school, the neighbors skateboard 🛹, then if all elts fails, I'll just drive my car & pray I don't get pulled over.......DO BETTER, citizens are getting ripped off from housing, insurance, groceries"

"great price and great timing"

"The ride to the airport was great. The driver was on time."

"way cheaper than it's rivals."

"Great driver and costumer service"

"I had 3 stop destinations and driver left meafter using the bathroom"

"Nabaraj was very dedicated when he picked us up at Brooklyn Cruise terminal with full of passengers getting rides. He was patient to wait for his turn at the long passenger pick-up lines."

"I was trying to schedule a two stops and it wouldn’t let me so it charged me more than my ride. My ride only cost $25. It charged me over $30."

"Never has any drivers. Takes my money regardless if they have drivers or not. Uber is much better and faster. The app as a whole is just terrible."

"Lyft is always life saver when I need a ride."

"Very friendly, safe driver. I highly recommend Gerald as a driver."

"Slightly cheaper than uber I discovered."

"Each time that I use Lyft, the ride is on time and it gives you up-to-date real-time notice"

"I felt safe and comfortable with her. It was my first time riding Lyft"

"Spent more time getting me a driver and then got me late"

"I do not appreciate being charged for wait fees especially if i was in vehicle or had to walk to the vehicle!"

"Just wish the prices were a little cheaper"

"Mohamed is very pleasant, and his car is very nice. Great ride! Thanks"

"Very friendly easy to talk to"

"After having an issue with two driver on same trip, AI help bot is told to tell customers basically sorry not our problem and live agent will not offer anything. Then talk to live agent and actually offers a discount. Ask why Lyft programs AI to lie, answer received sounded like a bot and way to quick. Good bye Lyft, account deleted."
