"This Cedar and Tin Hedgehog House is a scam. There is no "Ted" craftsman about to retire. The house I received has no baffle to deter predators, the roof is poorly finished so rain will get in and it does not come off for cleaning. I was offered the chance to return it and get back 25% of the cost. To Hong Kong!!! So it is not even made in England."

"When I go track an order I get shunted to a screen asking me to install on more devices when the app is ALREADY on this device and isn't doing what I've asked it to do...why on earth would I want a dodgy app on more devices. Utter utter trash."

"The last two orders my daughter and I placed through shop were charged but never delivered. It seems the shipping company UniUni is used and is terribly unreliable and unresponsive. I was able to get a different shipment through the merchant but my daughter is currently still waiting after weeks with no resolution through Shop, UniUni, or COMFRT."

"I have tried for a year to delete an old cell phone number without success. Nobody responds with anything more than a process to replace it with a new number; which I completed. Nevertheless, order confirmations still come to me with the old number. I hate this app. They can’t seem to get the simplest things corrected."

"This is a scam. It’s stealing from people bank accounts. You think you are ordering online from another company, and Trenqo appears from no where. I have reported it to my bank, BBB and filed a police report."

"1st time using this app for an order made and it has disappointed me completely. I ordered a Xmas decoration and the store bought it through sent my item month and half after and had no tracking info on it after being back and forth with shop and the company they sent a totally wrong item . Now shop don’t have that store they say and the store shows on my end in shop app . Going at it with both for scamming me for my money and sending a defective product and wrong . None want to be responsible for this !! Make sure before you sell buy anything in their platform check verify everything my advice ."

I am not able to afford the item right now so I did not purchase. I don’t appreciate getting pushed to purchase something that is simply not in my budget right now."

"The one thing this app is lacking is the ability to update your contact information-- especially email. My email changed due to to my internet provider changing. BUT there is no option to update your email address in shop... so I cannot receive any notifications about my order. This is a flaw with the app"

"I use this app anytime I purchase. It’s great to make payments on purchases and keeping track of orders. However!!!! Getting reimbursed or actually being able to cancel a fraudulent purchase is impossible!!!! Be aware of this."

"iPad mini user. Did an update and now the app absolutely sucks. I think it was optimized for duo and the three dots on the mini iPad will not allow you to click on your circle to access your orders."
