"My current phone number is registered to another person’s Venmo account, I can’t even make an account. When trying to call the support center it asks for your registered bank card to the account but again I can’t even make one or log in and won’t go any further then that so this app sucks because your also talking to an automated message system and not a real person."

When this happens I have to go in and make a payment, then wait 3-5 business days for my account to unfreeze. It makes no sense. What’s the point of a backup payment method if they don’t use it? "I had transfered $81.65 to my bank account but since I didn’t want to pay the fee for instant transfer I chose the 3-5 business day wait. I waited for a week and didn’t receive anything? I called Venmo and they told me that they ha already transferred the funds and that they couldn’t do anything that I needed to call my bank. I called Venmo my bank and they say “we have no transaction if Venmo for $80” I call Venmo back and do a despuit to get my money back and they contacted me saying that the despuit was denied. Know I’m $80 short which is practically one day of work. It’s not fare that j have to work and Venmo gets to steal my Money. Worst app ever!!!"
