TextNow: Call + Text Unlimited

"This app has declined over the years. I just decided to download this & the app is extremely glitchy. Everytime I try to sign up it asks for the email, just turns then If I'm lucky to get pass that it asks to take a pic of my face then it just keeps going in a circle ⭕, & won't move past it. I've tried deleting & redownloading the app about 10x & it keeps doing the same thing."

"love ❤️ it!!!"

"How do I get help with my unlimited TextNow service? They sent me to something called yellow which sent me back to TextNow who can answer my questions about my unlimited TextNow service with my locked in number?"

"Excelente servicio"

"It was a great app until I got restricted because I “Violated Terms” what terms!!? So I can’t text/Call unless it’s an emergency!!! And it never explained what I did wrong. So I made a new acc AND THAT GOT RESTRICTED TOO! When I had nearly made it. Idk what is going on. I have read reviews and ppl are having the same problems… And I’m sorry idc abt your website!! I need ACTUAL help! Not y your website. And btw the AI chat box DOSE NOT HELP!! I had gotten unristricted and then I got RISTRICTED AGAIN for sending a chain message… U CANT JUST TAKE AWAY MY PHONE NUMBER, I kinda NEED that to TALK TO PPL!!!!!!!!!!! I hate this! 1 STAR ⭐️"

"Not a fan. Signed up and then they want to charge weekly for two factor authentication to your number. That is not disclosed clearly. Password resets also failed to reach my email. Still looking for a good app alternative."

"The call quality is okay but you have to be on WiFi. I don’t like that they charge you if you want to receive any type of verification code. This app charges weekly to get verification codes"

"This’ll probably make it a bit harder to find people that want a job and not just for their kids but also because they’re more likely to work with agencies"

"when u call u sound like a Nokia phone on the other side my boyfriend said i sounded like a man please fix this also not much of a complaint i js want to see if they are replying or not, also it makes me reset a number if I don’t go on the app that much, but good things are it’s still a good texting app just really need to fix the calling and it works for if I wanna text a different phone like android since I have a iCloud on my main number so like all the numbers I have on my text now are android."

"Will not let me sign in with my Apple account"

"The app told me I have to upgrade my free SIM card to a free eSIM. I did and now I don’t have data anymore. Later, I tried a new SIM card with the free data plan, with a new phone number on a different phone and it did NOT work. No data, even though, my TextNow menu says that I am Active on the Free Flex Plan."
